We can also show you and your builder the best way, performance and cost, to install a sealed crawl space. PHD Carolinas offers different warranties for both home owners and builders against mold growth and product failures, both inside and under the home. We can offer up to 25 year written guaranty against mold growth on any organic substance around plumbing fixtures, within the crawl space and around windows and doors. We also offer a replacement warranty on any dehumidifiers, pumps or any other necessary equipment for up to 20 years with our yearly service plan.
