How The System Works:

The USHP trained and certified technician installs the CAS Monitoring System which uses multiple sensor inputs which are remotely monitored at the USHP central monitoring station. If an item being monitored is out of specification for the crawlspace environment, then an alarm notification is sent to the installation company and to the USHP coordinator to schedule a time that the alarm condition may be resolved (all alarms are silent to the homeowner, to eliminate potential nuisance alarms).

USHP’s remote monitoring system ensures the crawlspace environment and all functioning equipment operate within specification. Monitoring includes:

• Temperature
• Water Intrusion
• Dehumidifier Functionality
• Sump Pump Functionality
• Condensate Pump Functionality
• Radon (upon request)
